Most retirement calculators assume you stay in one country your whole life and retire at 65. That's not how a growing number of people actually live. FIRE folks retiring in their 40s, expats crossing regimes, remote workers, digital nomads, dual citizens — they all need tools that handle tax regime changes, currency mismatches, and country-specific accounts alongside the standard compounding math.
Retiring Early tries to be that tool. Country-aware tax drag. Multi-strategy drawdown modelling (sell, Lombard, margin, dividends). Monte Carlo stress testing. Cost-of-living comparisons. Currency exposure analysis. All client-side so your financial data never leaves your device unless you sign in to sync it.
The calculators are built from real research — Trinity Study, Cooley-Hubbard-Walz, Kitces, Pfau, and more — and the country data is maintained by hand (no "trust us, we have 2024 data" while showing 2018 numbers). Still, these are planning tools, not advice. Verify everything with a qualified advisor before making decisions that matter.
